CAMPAIGN SERIES
I began working with Not on the High Street in 2019, starting with a hugely successful Christmas campaign. The next project was Mother’s Day 2020, but just as we were finalising it, Covid hit.
It was a challenging time for both an online marketplace and my small creative agency. With over 5,000 small businesses to support, Not on the High Street faced a bleak outlook.
We crafted a ‘thoughtfulness’ strategy, which transformed the company for staff, partners, and customers alike.
I'm proud to say we navigated this unpredictable period with passion and heart, delivering multichannel campaigns that achieved record new customers, revenues, and engagement.
We built and ran the film crews. I directed pieces myself. Edits and graphics were handled by a mix of finishing houses and in-house freelancers to stretch our budgets further and stay flexible right up to delivery.
And during this period, we attracted over 1 million new customers, increased revenues by 50%, and saw a 135% boost in engagement.
